Rethink Healthcare to supply services on the new Non-Clinical and Fixed Term Staff Framework

Non-Clinical and Fixed Term Staff Framework (RM6160), the new framework for procurement of staff and services for healthcare departments is now in place, replacing the former Non-Medical Non-Clinical framework.

We are pleased to announce that Rethink Healthcare, part of the Rethink Group, have been awarded Lot 2 (Corporate Functions) and Lot 3 (IT Professionals), can continue to supply interim staff and project services to their existing and new customers via the framework.

What does this mean for you?

The standard of our service delivery has always been high, influenced greatly by our affinity for quality. Being governed by CCS and RM6160 framework principles and compliance management gives our clients an extra layer of reassurance that they are receiving a transparent, cost-effective and high-quality service.

Buying services from external suppliers can be a challenge for many public sector departments. The procurement process is often long, with many sign-offs and restrictive budget constraints. Frameworks give buyers a well-governed and cost-effective route to procuring the services they need.

Our team are well versed in the procurement process and can guide and support you through how to best access the solution you need for your department.

Chris Walker, Associate Director of Rethink Healthcare gives his view on the framework:

“Being a recognised and valued member of public sector recruitment frameworks is an important accolade for our business and clients. Frameworks provide more control over temporary labour cost and employment compliance. They also provide a benchmark for quality of candidates.

As niche healthcare recruiters who partner with healthcare and public sector clients, our focus is on quality over quantity and maximising value for money on hires. Savings made via frameworks are often released into other areas of healthcare, ultimately contributing to sustaining patient care.

When the requirement is niche or should be project-based, the frameworks provide a baseline for specific trusting conversations on the best procurement route that meets the client needs and funding streams.

We are proud to be operators on the public sector frameworks and we exist to consult and deliver innovative resource solutions to healthcare providers and primary care organisations UK wide.”
