Overview
Junior recruitment consultants will be trained up by some of the best in the business, through our internal best practice frameworks and given all the tools to succeed as a true value add consultant to our clients’ requirements.

Senior recruitment consultants will be supported to grow their books quickly across our UK wide networks of healthcare organisations, in markets covering IT and Tech, Estates and Facilities, Corporate Services, Commissioning and Project Delivery.

With few layers of middle management to contend with we wish to grow the business exponentially, allowing for more leadership positions to become available through organic success within our staff base, so the opportunity for fast track career moves is very much a reality.

Leading our solution orientated business for almost a decade, we focus on client relationships which helps set us apart from the usual KPI driven autonomy of traditional recruitment outfits.

We offer great tech stacks including LinkedIn Recruiter, Lusha, Sourcebreaker, a new brand and website to get behind, Bullhorn and specific job boards for candidate generation.

What are we looking for?

  • Sales experience preferred in Junior or trainee applicants
  • 2-3 years’ experience for those considered senior applicants
  • Brilliant business development or people engagement skills
  • The right attitude to drive yourself to success
  • Experience of hitting targets, set by both self and others
  • Interest in forging a strong career in a people-based industry
  • Confident and outgoing with a solid, demonstrable work ethic
