Duration: 3 months Fixed Term Contract

Salary: £21,892 – £24,157 + inner London weighting (HCAS)

We have partnered with a leading, dynamic NHS organisation who are based in Central London to find an enthusiastic and confident Leadership, Education & Performance Coordinator. Your role will be to provide effective coordination and administration across the Leadership, Education & Performance team.

This will include:

  • Maintaining the learning and development records in MyESR within Oracle Learning Management and creating courses/classes within the system
  • Coordination, facilitation and delivery of internal and external training events
  • Maintenance of the team’s diaries, planners and trackers
  • Manage the provision of course and event material requirements
  • Support the coordination and delivery of the corporate induction

To be considered, you will require:

  • Experience working in a complex learning and development environment
  • Demonstrable experience carrying out a learning and development role within the NHS
  • Knowledge and usage of ESR & OLM
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to confidently welcome and introduce speakers at events and inductions
  • Able to work autonomously and meet deadlines
  • Flexible and adaptable manner in a fast-paced environment
