My client, an NHS Trust in Yorkshire is looking to appoint a Healthroster Manager to help them manage their Covid Vaccination Hubs rostering, on an ASAP start contract and a day rate of £200 per day.
This person need to have Healthroster experience within the NHS and hold strong experience of the system, it’s use and management as they will be working with multiple stakeholders to manage the community vaccination hubs local to the NNS Trust.
System management experience:
Develop local system user manuals to accommodate bespoke rostering arrangements as required.
Attend meetings at a senior level as System Lead.
Prepare a reporting schedule and publish and circulate database reports and a KPI dashboard in accordance with report deadlines.
Issue reminders to roster creators to finalise rosters in line with payroll deadlines.
Submit weekly and monthly attendance and absence files to payroll for payment
Understand the impact of workload demands on staffing establishments and skillmix requirements, offering advice on using the system to support and improve budget compliance.
Identify, interpret and resolve system faults.
Assist staff to resolve problems with software implementation and promote the benefits of the software to system users.
Ensure all data is handled in accordance with national and Trust data protection policies and guidelines.
Work with the system suppliers to ensure that no individual is given access unless appropriately trained and competent and aware of their responsibilities in relation to security and data protection
